In the October issue of the ICR International Cement Review for 2014 (pages 31-33) published an article "Staying in control".
Dyckerhoff-owned VolynCement OJSC recently installed a new control system at its cement works in Zdolbunov, western Ukraine. Supplied by Votum Ltd, the new complete Siemens control system is expected to provide long-term benefits as staff are able to better monitor the plant and take effective action when requiredthereby avoiding costly unscheduled shutdowns.
