Slurry dozed supply control system on kilns No. 1, 2 and No. 5, 6 at Mykolaiv cement plant is put into operation. On the whole the system is intended for automatic maintenance of slurry flow rate at set-point level in the process of burning of cement in rotary kilns. At that visualization of the process and accounting of components is provided.
The system provides: automatic stabilization of slurry flow at level that is set manually on operator workstation; continuous measurement and point-by-point integration of slurry flow in every kiln; calculation of productivity of each kiln relative to clinker, remote and local control of frequency controlled electrical drive of slurry pump; local manual control of pneumatic actuators of valves...
